While she was working, Tetsuya approached her and quietly asked if they could talk for a moment. Fuka followed him to a quieter part of the office, curious about what he wanted to say. For a few seconds she was almost too surprised to respond, but the excitement quickly took over and she happily accepted. After everything she had recently told Kyoka and Sayuri about her feelings for him, hearing Tetsuya ask her out felt almost unreal.

The rest of the working day seemed to pass much more slowly than usual. When Fuka finally returned home, she was still thinking about the evening ahead and could hardly hide how happy she was. Here is the scene → [view post] She wanted everything to be perfect, so she took her time getting ready, choosing her clothes and carefully preparing herself for what felt like a very important night. When Fuka arrived at the place they had agreed on, she saw Tetsuya waiting for her. Here is the scene → [view post] The nervous excitement she had felt at home immediately returned, but once they started talking, she quickly relaxed. They went to a traditional Japanese restaurant and spent the evening enjoying a good dinner while talking comfortably about their lives, their work and all the little things they had never really had the chance to discuss at the office. During dinner, Tetsuya suddenly surprised her with a small gift. Inside was a beautiful necklace, and Fuka was visibly moved by the gesture.

She looked at him with a mixture of surprise and happiness as he offered to put it around her neck. She quietly let him fasten the necklace, feeling her heart beating faster as he carefully placed it around her neck. It was a simple gesture, but for Fuka it made the evening feel even more special. When they eventually left the restaurant, they continued walking together through the streets of Tokyo. At some point, their hands found each other and they continued along the street holding hands, without either of them needing to say anything about it. Before they finally had to say goodbye, Fuka turned toward Tetsuya and hugged him. Their first real date had gone wonderfully, and she could not have wished for a better ending.

As soon as she arrived home, Fuka reached for her phone. There was no way she was going to keep everything that had happened to herself, especially when Kyoka and Sayuri had been waiting to hear how the evening went. She immediately began sending them messages, telling them about the dinner, the conversations, the necklace and, of course, the moment when she and Tetsuya had walked through Tokyo holding hands. Eventually, Fuka put her phone aside and went to bed. Lying beneath the covers, she touched the necklace resting around her neck and quietly thought about the evening. The excitement was still there, together with a warm feeling she could not quite put into words. By the time it ended, something between Fuka and Tetsuya had changed.
